Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of e-commerce clients, providing guidance and performance insights
• Support client retention by responding to needs and creating a positive experience
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
• Experience in supporting and expanding client relationships
• Familiarity with retention strategies and client engagement best practices
• Comfortable working with KPIs and creating client-facing reports
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and analytics platforms
