Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship and overseeing performance management
• Execute the monthly close process, manage revenue and expense cycles, and maintain internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager and 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven track record in revamping accounting processes and managing complex revenue recognition
• Deep knowledge of payroll processes and GAAP-compliant financial modeling skills
