Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead or Senior Analyst, Customer Energy Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on distributed energy resources, load management, and demand-side management programs
• Write and present clear responses to research requests regarding energy efficiency and DER program design
• Gather and analyze research from various sources, and create actionable reports and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Three to five years of relevant experience in the utility or energy consulting industry
• Demonstrated expertise with DER, load management, and energy efficiency programs
• Proficient with quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI, SPSS, R, or Python is a plus
