Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services, Senior Analyst (Korea).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications
• Configure the Medallia platform to meet customer requirements
• Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing and retaining clients while leveraging software
• BA/BS degree with evidence of technical experience or equivalent work experience
• Exposure to common web technologies and integration technologies/protocols
• Understanding of common security concepts and standards
• Experience in industries such as Software, Hospitality, Financial Services, Automotive, B2B, and/or Retail
