Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of community management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
• Knowledge of marketing ecosystems and best practices for community engagement
• Understanding of community engagement strategies and governance
• Ability to create and manage various content formats for community engagement
• Experience with community moderation and facilitation skills
