Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of global compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and equity
• Analyze compensation data and benchmarks to inform budgeting and program effectiveness
• Contribute to semi-annual compensation cycles, ensuring fair and competitive outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or consulting
• Strong understanding of compensation principles and experience with global compensation
• Proficiency in GoogleSuite and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Workday and advanced compensation modules
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis or data visualization platforms preferred
