Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
• Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data management experience for customers

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
• Competent in programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, and RESTful APIs
• Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence is preferred
• Strong execution and customer service orientation
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on time
