Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first escalation point for high-touch customer care, ensuring timely communication and resolution of service requests
  • Proactively analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve resupply performance
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and tailored optimization plans
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Understanding of KPIs and their impact on revenue objectives
  • Hands-on experience in an HME Resupply program
