Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, responsible for managing and analyzing pharmacy and HEDIS data while developing business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains database queries and data analysis
• Translates large quantities of data into meaningful reports and ensures timely delivery of various reporting formats
• Troubleshoots data integrity issues and proposes solutions to ensure data quality and completeness

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of reporting/analytic experience
• 1+ years of experience with reporting tools such as MS Reporting Services, Power BI, or Tableau
• 1+ years of experience with ETL tools like SSIS or Alteryx
• Proficiency in SQL and developing efficient queries
• Proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and complete projects successfully
