Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive financial strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of the company's annual operating plan and forecasts
• Drive the creation of financial reports and dashboards to provide insights to leadership
• Act as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, supporting operational initiatives and investment evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing FP&A teams
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Experience with publicly traded companies
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
