Senior Field Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support banking centers with operational guidance and conduct reviews of processes and internal controls
• Coach and train colleagues on procedures, and facilitate regular operations meetings to enhance knowledge and consistency
• Monitor compliance with regulations and assist in developing operational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in a banking center
• High School diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
• In-depth knowledge of banking practices and regulations
• Demonstrated supervision or management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard banking programs
