Senior Lead, Executive Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Global Executive Search & Integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities and prepare onboarding materials for newly hired executives
  • Engage with new hires to guide them through their first week and maintain communication throughout their first year
  • Track onboarding progress, report updates, and implement process improvements to enhance the executive experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in executive onboarding, leadership development, or HR business partnership in a global organization
  • Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects
  • Experience coaching or mentoring executives or senior leaders is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP) are advantageous but not required
