Senior Licensing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Licensing/Registration Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new U4's with FINRA for onboarding new representatives
• Handle U4 amendments and assist with Broker Dealer maintenance tasks
• Process U5's for terminating representatives and manage renewals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a financial area, preferably in FINRA licensing & registration
• Licensing experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
