Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in retail operations, preferably in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI is preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
• Fluency in spoken and written English; mastery of other languages is a plus
