Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead growth and retention strategies across two business units: Marine and RV & Camping.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of marketers focused on demand generation
• Define and report on marketing KPIs, pipeline impact, and ROI

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on growth and retention
• Experience leading and scaling marketing teams across multiple verticals
• Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot required; Pardot a plus) and CRM (Salesforce required)
• Strong knowledge of digital demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing
• Highly analytical with experience optimizing campaigns through performance data
