Senior Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, CCF Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collects, processes, and analyzes data to produce high-priority recurring and ad-hoc reports
• Ensures policy compliance between Engineering, business, and third-party vendor groups
• Partners with team members and business leaders to develop and understand metrics packages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• In-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in the discipline
• Ability to consult with internal and external leadership
• Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for improvement opportunities
