Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full UX ownership of large-scale and complex product areas, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Define and execute design strategy for large-scale projects to create intuitive user experiences
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for design best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma and FigJam
• Experience in defining and implementing design strategy at an organizational level
• Proven track record of leading high-impact design projects
