Senior Program Manager, Program Delivery – Quest Consumer (Remote)

Overview

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading business and technological initiatives in support of the Quest Consumer product portfolio for two or more teams supporting the questhealth.com consumer website and related applications. In this role the Senior Program Manager will leverage their experience leading delivery teams to execute on the business priorities and technology initiatives to achieve the organization’s business and financial objectives. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for program execution delivering the organization’s technology initiatives with both internal and external delivery teams.

The Senior Program Manager must proactively and independently work with internal and external partners at the program level to help drive Quest Consumer goals and objectives with minimal supervision. They must be able to look ahead to improve organizational effectiveness, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive team performance to further the organization’s business and financial goals.

Responsibilities

Lead Delivery Roadmap Execution and Communications
• Lead on-time and high-quality delivery of client/customer facing systems as a Program Manager, Scrum Master and Project Manager as the need requires.
• Lead the development of the processes and execution for delivery including Quest Consumer, Quest Diagnostics Technology, Professional Services, external delivery teams and 3rd Party Partnerships.
• Support marketing initiatives including analytics and coordination of delivery supporting marketing deliverables
• Communicates complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on deliverables while driving accountability.
• Communicate state of team deliverables and functional enhancements to both Quest Consumer and the broader Quest Diagnostics Technology organization.
• Actively communicates with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Leads projects & initiatives through issues, roadblocks, and problems
• Owns the projects, timeline, budget, resource constraints, and deliverables / results
• Leverage Agile methodologies to manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring timelines and technical debt are effectively managed while maintaining quality and iterative development efficiency

Develop of scalable and repeatable processes to support Quest Consumer delivery including:
• Agile delivery processes and procedures for both technical and business development
• Processes supporting corporate and 3rd Party partnerships and integrations
• Continuous improvement and methodologies for improved delivery

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science or information systems from an accredited university
• Project and Technical certifications such as PMI PMP/ACP, Agile, AWS, Salesforce preferred, prior experience as a software engineer a plus
• 8-10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Program Manager of large-scale systems, preferably in ECommerce environments
• Demonstrated experience leading large or complex projects with multiple workstreams from initiation to completion
• Experience leading and developing Agile teams and methodologies.
• Experience working with Program/Project delivery tools including MS Project, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, MS Office
• Superb relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the organization as well with external partners
• Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, and work on cross-functional teams.
• Possesses strong conflict resolution, change management, communication (written and verbal), organizational management, business ethics and analytical reasoning skills and demonstrates the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
