Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience
• Optimize and manage the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and usability
• Analyze hiring data and deliver strategic insights to finance and leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company
• Experience in recruitment operations, including ATS management and process design
• Proven track record of filling high-growth technical and GTM roles
• Deep data expertise in analyzing funnel performance and identifying process gaps
• Experience leading interview training or DEI hiring initiatives
