Senior Tech Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tech Specialist to support clients and configure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure, maintain, and support applications and hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to meet contractual SLAs
• Organize and coordinate installation, deployment, and upgrade activities for software and hardware

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or 5+ years of IT/Software Application Support
• CompTIA Security+ Certification required
• Current Active DOD Security Clearance at the Secret Level or higher
• Knowledge of IT operations in a government environment
• Strong technical ability
