Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to support the applications portfolio for their Healthcare Technology Management division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise and validate complex requirements from Service Operations and mobilization teams related to HTM applications and databases
  • Provide second-level support for HTM applications, including Salesforce Field Service and ServiceNow
  • Coordinate incident resolution and communicate thoroughly with end-users throughout the process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience supporting high-volume help desk activities
  • Experience with application platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and MS365
  • Experience with database management and scripting languages like SQL and mySQL
  • Experience in healthcare or related high-urgency environments
