• Mentor Apprentice and Associate Software Engineers to facilitate skill and knowledge development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of programming experience
• Proficient programming experience in one or more current programming languages
• Strong technical knowledge of all phases of application development
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties
