Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their post-sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and technical implementation for new customers
• Design customized data workflows, API integrations, and dashboard configurations
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and problem-solver throughout the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as solutions architecture or implementation
• Working knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, SaaS integrations, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript), JSON, and REST APIs
• Familiarity with security, threat intelligence, or analytics use cases is a plus
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and enjoy learning new tools
