Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Post Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers through product demonstrations and communications
  • Influence product strategy and priorities based on customer feedback to enhance adoption and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong project management skills in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus
  • Ideally has prior B2B SaaS experience
