Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solicitations Procurement Manager I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage solicitations for goods, services, and IT in compliance with procurement regulations
  • Conduct market analysis and risk assessments to process purchases through the eProcurement System
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on procurement processes
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree with multiple accounting courses
  • Five years of experience in professional accounting, auditing, or finance
  • Knowledge of the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code & Regulations
  • Experience in public/governmental procurement and contract management
  • CPPO, CPPB, or NIGP CPP certification preferred
