A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on reimbursement policies and administrative protocols
• Support clinical program development and affordability programs across all business lines
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and assist in contract review and negotiation

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 2+ years of experience practicing law
• Ability to provide timely legal support across different time zones
