A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Network Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for Southeast Region network markets on the Network Legal Team
Draft and negotiate contracts with major healthcare provider partners
Manage dispute resolutions and support arbitration proceedings

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree
Current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5+ years of legal experience
Experience with regulatory agencies and state insurance regulations
Extensive healthcare background with managed care contracting experience
