Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Sales Agent to join their inbound call center team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
  • Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while exceeding monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products, preferably in a broker or call center environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products with an active P&C or Personal Lines license
  • Experience in customer interactions over the phone
  • Technological competence to navigate various systems and tools
  • Availability to work at least one weekend day per month
