Job Summary

A company is looking for a Player Protection Associate, Overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for all Player Protection referrals
• Analyze and review player communications, limits, deposit/withdrawal patterns, and gameplay activity to assess the customer's current risk
• Review and update ongoing monitoring reports, compliance logs, and alerts

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is preferred
• Understanding of operational risk management and responsible gaming
• Effective time management skills and capacity to manage shifting priorities
• Ability to analyze and document necessary business processes
• Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions
