Job Summary

A company is looking for a Survey Project Manager for Alumni Surveys in Education (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer alumni surveys from onboarding to data delivery, serving as a strategic partner
• Guide institutions in interpreting survey data and planning actions based on insights
• Manage survey progress, ensure client schedules are met, and identify opportunities for program improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in higher education administration, career services, or assessment
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with survey administration tools like Qualtrics or Alchemer
• Strong ability to use data for storytelling and decision-making
• Experience building trusted relationships with clients and understanding their needs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail
