Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to manage and maintain shared IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot shared service applications such as DNS, DHCP, and directory services
• Implement operational and security policies throughout the service delivery lifecycle
• Automate tasks and provide technical support to employees for IT-related queries

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
• Understanding of common Agile project management concepts
• Ability to work effectively as part of a project/program team
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management (IaaS)
