Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, including onboarding
  • Minimum of 1 year in an HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency as a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Strong technical acumen with application tracking systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft)
  • Basic knowledge of candidate management and onboarding preferred
