Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report on candidate pipelines using Workday, adhering to hiring practices
• Deliver outstanding Talent Acquisition service by addressing customer needs and maintaining service levels
• Pre-screen candidates and collaborate with sourcing partners to attract and build candidate pipelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, including onboarding
• Minimum of 1 year in an HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Strong technical acumen with application tracking systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft)
• Basic knowledge of candidate management and onboarding preferred
