Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the strategic recruitment plan and manage all stages of the hiring process
  • Identify and creatively source applicants through various channels and maintain communication with candidates
  • Track recruitment metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment
  • 1+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or Organizational Psychology is preferred
