Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to influence and navigate the recruitment process
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies and metrics to improve processes and outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Five years of experience in recruiting across various roles and functions
  • Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and experience with ATS or HR/Recruiting systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
