Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst - P&C Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of technology solutions by determining project requirements and facilitating communication among stakeholders
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and maintenance
  • Provide guidance on complex business projects, advising on solution options, timelines, and designs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and business/industry
  • 5+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry
  • 5+ years of experience working on moderate-to-complex projects or systems
  • Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and Waterfall experience preferred
