Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage complex software projects.

• Oversee project delivery by coordinating with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders
• Implement and refine agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes
• Manage the lifecycle of complex initiatives, balancing short-term and long-term needs while facilitating communication between teams

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with Engineering teams
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Project management experience, including scheduling and planning
• Ability to manage complex projects and build strong working relationships with stakeholders
