About the position
The Clinical Assistant Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health plays a crucial role in the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) team, providing essential support to members on their health journey. This position involves customer service, managing electronic medical records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with care plans. The role operates on a hybrid work model, alternating between remote and in-office work after an initial training period.
Responsibilities
• Handle general questions about Medication Therapy Management services.

• Support all phases of the care process including enrollment and maintenance of electronic medical/pharmacy records.

• Schedule appointments and process care plans for members.

• Assist with inbound and outbound calls from plan members.

• Document activity and maintain electronic medical records.

• Provide high-quality healthcare and service to plan members and partners.
Requirements
• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee.

• At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting.

• Valid/Active PTCB Certification or NHA Certification.

• Previous experience with CVS Health.
