Texas Licensed Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist I to manage payroll processing and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain payroll-related accounts and ensure accurate processing of multi-state payroll
  • Process payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies with clients
  • Collect and manage new hire paperwork and maintain compliance documents
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll processing and related tasks
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems and Department of Labor regulations
