TN and H-2B Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an H-2B/TN Case Manager to provide support for employment-based visa cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding TN, H-2B, and PERM immigration cases
• Collect and prepare necessary documentation for immigration cases while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Communicate with relevant agencies and collaborate with immigration attorneys on complex cases

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in filing or overseeing employment-based immigration petitions
• High-volume TN or H-2B filing experience preferred
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship management
• Proficient in the PERM process and conducting labor market tests
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
