Position Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and imaginative
Travel Designer to join the Advantage Magical Adventures team! This role is perfect for someone who knows the ins and outs of Disney destinations, cruises, and family vacations — and loves helping others plan unforgettable experiences. You’ll be responsible for crafting detailed, personalized vacation packages that bring dreams to life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients to understand their travel desires, timelines, and budgets.
• Design magical vacation packages to destinations including Disney Parks, Universal Studios, cruise lines, and family resorts.
• Provide expert guidance on theme park tickets, dining reservations, Genie+ planning, and insider tips.
• Book accommodation, cruises, flights, and transportation with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stay current on promotions, destination updates, and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor client trips and assist with itinerary changes, upgrades, or special requests.
• Act as a trusted advisor from the first inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for blog features, social media content, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a travel planner, Disney travel agent, or related role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Disney, Universal, and/or cruise products is a must.
• Enthusiastic, client-focused, and highly organized.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using travel planning platforms (e.g., Disney Travel Agents Portal, VAX VacationAccess, or similar).
• Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple client files independently.
