UI/UX Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client workshops to understand business objectives and user needs
• Drive the full design lifecycle, including research, wireframes, and prototypes
• Own and evolve the design system and conduct design QA during implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Mastery of design tools, particularly Figma, and familiarity with other prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 / Section 508)
• Experience collaborating with developers during the design-to-development handoff
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and leadership
