Utilities Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilities Project Manager (CAHSR).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage support activities for right-of-way acquisitions
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for right-of-way delivery
• Coordinate with project managers to prioritize parcels needed for construction

Required Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Six years of work-related experience or a combination of education and experience totaling ten years if non-degreed
• Minimum of ten years of project management experience focused on real property in complex mega-projects
• Strong project and construction management background
• Proficiency in Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word, and Project
