Key Responsibilities

• Own the design of the overall end-to-end user experience and collaborate with technical product UI/UX analyst teams
• Create user persona-based experiences across multiple digital products and platforms
• Develop and maintain consistent design guidelines and standards across all products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-centered design, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with expertise in user-centered design
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices
• Experience translating user needs into detailed wireframes and prototypes
