Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience designing user experiences for non-technical audiences in complex environments
• Proven success with AI-first product design and embedding AI into user experiences
• Strong background in user research and usability testing
• Experience building and scaling high-performing design teams
