Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants & Contracts Administrator - Post Award Accountant (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, reconcile, and analyze expenditures on sponsored awards to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Prepare invoices and financial reports for sponsors and assist in providing supporting documentation for audits
• Identify payments, monitor unapplied cash, and ensure timely final expenditure and cash reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least three years of grant and contract experience
• Four additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Experience in an institution of higher education is preferred
• Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification is preferred
