Duties
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements
• Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and navigate computerized systems efficiently
• Prior experience in client services or an office setting is a plus
• Multilingual skills are advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer support
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month
