Coordinate with various departments for document production and distribution procedures
Respond to inquiries related to group books and contracts, and manage special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's Degree or two years of benefits-related work experience
Three years of administrative/clerical support or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of database software is preferred
Experience in membership, billing, or accounts is preferred
