We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately
Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately
• Experience in sales or outbound calling is an advantage

Pay: $36,770.00 – $40,475.00 per year
