Voice Communications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams Voice solutions and integrate with AudioCodes and Ribbon SBCs
• Administer and optimize Avaya VoIP systems, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Configure and troubleshoot AudioCodes and Ribbon SBCs for secure voice routing and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in voice engineering, focusing on Microsoft Teams Voice and Avaya VoIP systems
• Expert-level knowledge of VoIP protocols and technologies (SIP, RTP, QoS)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Avaya VoIP systems, and SBCs
• Proficiency in network infrastructure concepts related to voice services
