The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations across the company. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks, CRM systems, and vendor communications while also assisting with insurance claims and material orders. Spanish proficiency is required.
✅ Executive Support: Assist the CEO with scheduling, emails, and administrative tasks.
✅ CRM Management: Maintain and update AccuLynx to track leads, projects, and customer data.
✅ Insurance Coordination: Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and documentation.
✅ Lien Processing: Handle the legal paperwork for processing liens.
✅ Material Orders: Coordinate with suppliers to order materials for roofing projects.
✅ Video Editing (Nice to Have): Basic video editing skills to create short social media reels for company promotions.
📌 Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
📌 Experience in Executive Assistance or Office Management
📌 Proficiency in CRM software (AccuLynx preferred but not required)
📌 Experience in the Construction or Roofing Industry – Preferred
📌 Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills
📌 Tech-Savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
📌 Basic Video Editing (Optional, but a Plus!)
